Recently, Gartner released the latest Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA, CRM core module) report for 2021. Neocrm, with strong product capabilities and technology innovations, has been selected in the Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation for five consecutive years (2017-2021), and is still the only Chinese CRM vendor selected so far. The report shows that Neocrm has a significant improvement in core product capabilities compared with last year, and surpasses renowned global vendors in key functional indicators.

It is reported that Gartner focuses on 10 core CRM capabilities such as mobile sales applications, BI, channel management, opportunity management, sales activity management, and guided selling this year. 16 CRM vendors were selected in this quadrant including world-renowned vendors such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, as well as new social CRM vendors such as HubSpot and Freshworks.
